Discovering Canadian Wines

DSC00284

Last Thursday, I was back at Sage for another night of wine, this time from Canada.
I have to admit that other than ice wine (which I LOVE because I just love everything sweet!),
I had never tried Canadian wines before that night.

Ambassador Neil Reed shared that Canada is proud of its high quality grapes, excellent growing
conditions, and world-class wineries. Niagara Peninsula, the largest wine-producing region, also
makes up 20% of the entire world's fresh water supply, and the second largest, Okanagan Valley,
boasts of fresh fruits and a fresh water lake.

But my most favorite Canadian wine is still this sweet, sweet Inniskillin.
PLEASE, SOMEBODY, BRING IT TO MANILA!!!!!!
