food is good, drinks are done well, AND you can order halo halo from Milky Way - they make the
best in the city!
Sangria
We were a big group this time so we got to try quite a few dishes. My favorites were the hojaldre, foie gras, roasted bone marrow, and paella montana.
Gambas al Ajillo - baby prawns, olive oil, garlic, chili
Hojaldre - spinach and blue cheese filled phyllo triangles
Croquetas - jamon serrano and chicken filled béchamel croquettes
Trio of Foie Gras: Pan-fried with Fig Compote, Terrine with Sea Salt, Grilled with Balsamic Syrup
Roasted Bone Marrow and Beef Mole Asado
Spread the marrow and mole on the toasted brioche and sprinkle with some sea salt for the
ultimate experience
Chuletitas de Cochinillo - crispy suckling pig with garlic potatoes
Crema di Champignones - portobello mushroom soup, cream, truffle oil
Cochinillo Asado - roasted suckling pig
Pollo di Carnevale - pan fried chicken breast, asparagus, roasted garlic, red wine sauce,
pappardelle al burro
Paella Negra - saffron, baby prawns, squid ink, calamari, sea bass, leeks
Paella Montana - portobello mushrooms, whole roasted garlic, asparagus, truffle oil
Paella Marinara - saffron, sea bass, New Zealand mussels, clams, baby prawns, sweet peppers
Warm White Chocolate Bread Pudding
Bolsillo de Platanos - baked phyllo pastry purse filled with banana compote,
served with vanilla ice cream
