Lung King Heen is the only Chinese restaurant in the world awarded three Michelin stars.
I had been wanting to see what the fuss was all about. Except there was no fuss.
This Four Seasons Chinese restaurant was understatedly and effortlessly elegant
from the ambiance to the food, down to the service.
We had dinner in this private room
With a spectacular view of the slowly disappearing harbour and the ICC. I promise it looked
even more stunning without our reflections :P
I am happy to announce that our dinner at Lung King Heen was nothing short of excellent. Food was not flashy and did not try hard to please, it was simply ingredients of the highest quality prepared with utmost care.
