The main dining room can accommodate about 12 people. There's a smaller room
inside that can fit 7 more.

Head Chef Lawrence Mok looking very serious about his craft.
I've never seen anyone treat a scallop so gingerly. He was intense.
Of course we had to choose the set menu named after him!

THE MOK MENU:

Appetizers of clam, eggplant, and shrimp

I couldn't get over how fresh and sweet the botan ebi was! I wanted to ask for a second
and third piece!

Hokkaido Scallop in Crustacean Essence
The scallop was nicely charred on the outside yet remained soft and juicy inside. The "essence"
was spiked with sake, butter and a dash of almond syrup. It was so good I drank until the very
last drop.

Abalone and Lobster with Cream Sauce
The abalone was surprisingly tender and the lobster was cooked in its own fat. Drooooool...

Foie Gras with Seasonal Fruits and Teriyaki Sauce
Crisp on the outside and so buttery inside. Such a generous serving, too! I loved dabbing it
with a little teriyaki sauce and following it up with one of the sweet and tart little fruits.

A5 Japanese Premium Beef

Medium rare for me. The beef was so flavorful without being too fatty. Very impressed.

Dessert was originally seasonal fresh fruits (yuck). I requested for sesame and
green tea ice cream instead.
