Red Grape Shake and Fresh Mango Shake
Wild Mushroom Soup - fresh button mushroom, shiitake, baby portobello, enoki,
mushroom saute, truffle oil
Seven Bistro Salad - mixed greens, herbed chicken, grilled onglet, sesame crusted tuna,
micro greens, mango chèvre, capers, black olives, orange and lemon supremes
Foie Gras with Grape Salsa - grapes, shallots, glazed pears, balsamic vinaigrette,
port wine reduction, mesclun
Shrimp Cakes - poached shrimp, sundried tomato, spring onion, green mango curry remoulade
Carbonara - honey-cured bacon, poached egg, parmigiano regiano, pancetta, linguine
Salmon Mango Cream Pasta - Norwegian salmon, fresh mango, rosettes, gravlax, linguine.
This tasted like fruit salad pasta! :P
Seafood Risotto - soft shell crab, garlic prawn, seared scallops, tuna
Hanger Steak - grilled onglet, rice pilaf, haricot vert
USDA Prime Ribeye - potato gratin, ratatouille, red wine sauce
The desserts were lovely.
