I am more interested in tender, beefy, edible things
First, a whole loaf of freshly baked bread. I like the middle one with cheese on top.
Cru Crab Cakes with celeriac apple slaw and remoulade sauce
It's got chubby chunks of crab meat and almost no fillers

Perfectly medium rare but with a lot of litid :$
Basil Crusted Sea Bass, whipped potato, lemon butter sauce - moist and milky
Portobello mushrooms and mashed potato

No more dessert for me because I finished this huge bar of chocolate during the 2 hours we were
stuck in the plane. My seat mate, the donor of this Norwegian treat, could not believe it.
