Every night I would pass by this small sandwich shop called Cosi on my way back to the hotel. It was always packed.
I made a mental note to myself to try it before I leave the city.
Most people have their sandwiches to go, but there are also tables upstairs for people
who want to take advantage of the free wifi = ME. Lol!
Cosi is freshly baked focaccia, fresh products prepared daily, opera, french wines,
great customers and rotten staff

The flat breads are baked fresh in this oven

My quick lunch before flying out
The Blues Sandwich
Blue cheese from Auvergne, walnuts and green salad. I found the cheese too mild. I like it
strong and stinky. I wish there were some slices of meat, or maybe a drizzling of truffle honey.
My sandwich tasted a bit sad, although I could not find anything to complain about the bread.
It was perfectly crisp and lovely.
Bon appétit nice people or whoever you are
