Finally I got to try this ramen place. I'm happy they opened a branch in SM Aura because
Shangri-La is just too far away.
Love the Japanese calligraphy on wood
Chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar
Gyoza - nice crisp bottom and juicy meat filling
Aji Tamago - almost hard boiled :(
Black Garlic Tonkotsu - I read a lot of negative reviews about the noodles, but mine was
springy enough even after I took my sweet time taking one thousand and one photos.
The chasiu was very tender. The soup, well, it was good but it also kept me thirsty
the rest of the day.
Ice Cream Shiratama Senzai - the sesame ice cream was more cream than sesame,
the red beans too sweet, and ohmygoodness I almost choked to death on the rubber balls!
With Mom, my ramen date forever :)
