Quick shabu-shabu dinner in Greenbelt so we could catch our movie in Greenhills. Lol!
Thousand Cranes' single sets are perfect for days when your chopsticks don't feel like socializing
Fresh egg, special sauce, green onions, fresh garlic, chili and sate sauce.
Everything went into my dipping bowl except for the special sauce. I like it thick and intense.
My cousin Monica likes to soft boil her egg and mix it into her rice.
We all have our own quirks. What's yours?
Each set came with vegetables, corn, mushrooms, bean curd, taro, squid roll, meatball,
lobster ball, fish cake, crabstick, vermicelli and udon. I dumped everything into my pot
save for the carrot. I dislike the vegetable except in juice form and cake form.
Richard had the US Angus Beef Set. It didn't look like much.
Monica and I each had the Australian Lamb Set. Obviously, it was bitin for me.
Auntie Judy had two orders of the Galbi Yakiniku (minus a few pieces, thanks to me!)
The marbling deserved my standing ovation.
I also attacked this Kani Salad
Me. Soon. Watch out for it.
So happy the steam was blowing at the right direction. Mwahahaha! :P
