I think InterContinental Hotel's got one of the best views of the Hong Kong harbour.
The lobby is one of our favorite places to just hang out in and chill. We ordered
coffee and fries before dinner.
People say it's got the best steak house, too. The Steak House has good steaks alright, but
I wouldn't say the very best. The whole dining experience, however, makes up greatly for it.

We ordered the Three S Tasting of Duck Foie Gras to share between us:
Pan Seared (Salt), Poached (Sweet), Terrine (Sour)
And Lobster Bisque with Seaweed Grissini. Very good but not the best I've had.
What I like about The Steak House is that it gives you freedom to choose.
Choose your weapon. I chose the fourth one from the left. Macho but sexy.
