There were just too many items on the menu.
Sushi, bagoong rice, cinco de mayo pizza, baby back ribs, pasta, laing, pomelo salad, caesar salad, salpicao, chicken satay, Tibet soy chicken, pan fried cream dory with vodka tomato cream sauce, tomahawk steak, green chicken curry, Korean beef stew, beef rendang, spanish sardines pasta, beef carpaccio pizza, signature burger, bagnet, chicken pesto sandwich, Mount Fuji roll…
OHMAYGAD NAKAKAHILO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Red Garlic wants to be Spiral na ala carte!
The Raspberry Lime Iced Tea tasted like artificial flavoring
Santiago Chili Taco Poppers - not bad, but I was expecting more heat
Shrimp Popcorn Nigiri - like eating sweetish plastic sushi toys
Foie Gras Nigiri - this was pretty good, but there is no way you can go wrong
with slivers of foie gras topped on rice. It was also the most expensive
dish we had at P995 + 10% for 5 pieces.
Thai Bagoong Fried Rice with Sweet Pork
They were not kidding about the pork being sweet.
It was diabetes-inducing to say the very least.
Ilocos Bagnet - pork was bland, rice was bland, even the bagoong was bland :(
Tequilla Lime BBQ Beef Ribs - this was huge! Not fall-off-the-bone tender
like the menu promised, but easy enough to cut with a very sharp knife.
My favorite was the sweet corn. The potato tasted like nothing.
Obviously, we did not stay for dessert.
