Always happy to be back at Lusso

The boys wanted to try Lusso's famous Demi-Pound Burger
US beef stuffed with foie gras, topped with prosecco onions and sandwiched between
crunchy-on-the-outside-soft-on-the-inside burger buns. Always a winner.
Wally had Shepherd's Pie - braised lamb, prunes, truffle potato puree.
The ultimate comfort food for me.
I was ready to order a burger myself, until I saw there were new items on the menu.
Instead, I tried one of Lusso's new dishes - Pepato's Braised and Grilled Shortribs. WOW.
Paired with porcini cream, grilled asparagus and a generous portion of potatoes, it was
some rich and heavy meal on my plate.
I wish I took a photo of the aftermath. My girlfriends would be horrified.
Sometimes it's more fun to eat with the boys.
