Insalata Kuppa - mixed salad greens, arugula, grapes, walnuts, figs, crumbled blue cheese
tossed in reduced balsamic dressing. Simple and satisfying.
Pizza Cristina - mozzarella, balsamic, gorgonzola, figs, grapes
I know this is too similar to our salad, but I just love the sweet and salty marriage of figs and cheese!
Tre Formaggi - fontina, blue cheese and parmesan pasta with truffle essence.
I wish it had some mushrooms or prosciutto in it.
Matt's Chocolate Cake - this choco lava cake topped with pistachio ice cream
(which did not taste a bit like pistachio) was rather underwhelming
