The raw beef paired beautifully with slices of sweet crunchy apple.
Salad - love it but loved it more when it was still free of charge. Haha! :P
Ajitsuke Shio Negi - onion leeks salad
Negi Kosho Tan - ox tongue with onion leeks and black pepper
Jo Karubi - superior short rib
Eringi Karubi - king trumpet mushroom
I like my ox tongue with scallions
And my jo karubi medium rare, also with scallions
Scallions make the world a better place. :)
This pancake does not.
