After lunch at Mamou Too, two Tagalog movies and a Starbucks Toffee Nut Latte in between, we met up with the rest of the cousins for an early dinner at Draft.

It was my first time at Draft and I was so pleasantly surprised that they serve good food (albeit very, very, very sloooooowwwwwwly)
Service was off. Our waiter forgot our orders and the desserts arrived before the mains.

Fried Cheese Platter Sampler - deep fried mozzarella with tomato sauce,
bleu cheese croquette with truffle aioli, and Camembert cheese on pear chutney
Tomato Soup - classic hearty tomato and basil soup with grilled sourdough
Meatball Hero - signature meatballs smothered in tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese
in a crusty baguette
Linguine Meatballs - braised in tomato basil sauce
Schnitzel and Frites - crumbed chicken breast, fried golden brown, with frites and salad
Bleu Cheeseburger - US Angus beef burger with bleu cheese, onion jam, truffle aioli and frites

Chili Cheese Skillet Fries - frites smothered in chili con carne, pico de gallo,
jalapeño peppers, cheddar cheese and sour cream
Red Velvet Pancakes with white chocolate sauce and whipped cream cheese
Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie with walnuts and vanilla ice cream
Everything was good. Simple, no frills, just comfort food prepared well.
Definitely coming back to try other stuff on the menu… like Belgian Waffles, The Draft Fully Loaded Burger, Sticky Date and Toffee Pudding...
