The first night in Tokyo was reserved for an old favorite
(See my previous post here)
The once very busy Steak House Satou was deserted that night
We ordered one set of each of the two Matsuzaka beef cuts
The celebrated matsuzaka beef fillet were freezer burnt
But I trust the Japanese. If they say it's good, I believe it's good
And the fillet was excellent!
Perfectly seared on the outside, warm and pink at the center
The Matsuzaka Sirloin was even better
Just look at all that marbling… it was love at first bite
Each set came with a Japanese salad
Miso soup, pickled veggies and rice
Wiped out! Yummy dinner, as always.
Check out my eyeglass shop down the street :P
