It was explosion after explosion of flavors and textures in my mouth - bold, subtle, rich, gentle, citrusy, chocolatey, grassy, creamy, crispy, spongey, silky, sour, slightly bitter, tangy, fruity, nutty, sweety... hehehe… :)
