After the dessert degustation at Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki, I still have space for one more slice of cake.
Harbs is the perfect place!
Perfect because it has the biggest slices of cakes I have ever seen in Tokyo and, actually, all of Japan!
(Others, I believe, are made for Tinker Bell and her friends.)
The cakes at Harbs are good for men
I order Harbs' most famous cake (and rightfully so) - The Mille Crepes.
Six layers of crepes filled with the lightest cream and the season's sweetest fruits:
strawberry, kiwi, cantaloupe, banana and honeydew. Now if Mom will let me have
my fruits this way then I can be on strict fruit diet everyday for the rest of my life. Yes.
The backside. So light and fresh it's like eating fruity, creamy, fluffy clouds.
Truly a cake that brings happiness to my heart.
Next time ima try all these fine-looking babies!
