Ayayayyyyyy. All these newish restaurants that are always packed… I really do not get the hype.
By the way, it's empty in the photo because I took it at 6:00 on a Monday night.
As we grandmas grow older and older, dinnertime becomes earlier and earlier.
Complimentary popcorn to start. Pretty good stuff.
Ordered two of 'Cue's "staff picks" while waiting for the old ladies.
Baby Back Ribs, Half Slab, "Wet," with oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower
creamed casserole. The ribs were dry and tough. :(
Hand Cut Charred Corned Beef with green and purple cabbage, sweet potatoes, carrots,
and buttered corn rice. The corned beef was also quite dry. :(
Thankfully, Jen ordered this side of Sweet Potato Fries. Turned out to be the best dish of the night!
Sweet and delicious, I could have finished another 3 bowls of this.
We were still hungry but too afraid to gamble with another "staff pick" so we got the bill and
headed over to Slice for dessert
I heard the lamb ribs are good. To try or not to try?
