We also ordered and paid for 8 servings of Fish Balls which didn't arrive. When I realized it the next day and informed the manager, he said the kitchen is sure they dispatched the balls.
We are also very sure they weren't dispatched to us. Oh wells.
I'd still come back for the Lumpiang Bangus and Chocnut Ice Cream.
