The chef seems quite creative with the dishes, and there are monthly specials to keep things exciting.
My only complaint: sashimi is not very fresh.
Tuna, salmon, lapu-lapu. Not the freshest.
Amaebi. Very fishy.
The hot dishes are okay.
Uni Jumbo Chawanmushi - this is huge!
Ebi Tempura
US Fillet Steak Teppanyaki - tender and tasty
Marinated Tuna Tonkatsu - a healthier version of unhealthy
Hamburger Steak - good
Ebi Fry Curry with Salad - order this only if you want to pay P430 for 2 pieces of shrimp.
Oh, and the curry sauce is cornstarch-ed.
