Salad toppings. I overload mine with mangoes, broad beans, jackfruit and mangoes.
Pasta with sun dried tomato sauce and chicken cream with mango sauce. I mix the two and
top generously with ratatouille, salmon belly, shitake mushrooms, black olives, capers,
parmesan cheese and pepperoncini.
