Beef Shish - skewers of juicy tenderloin chunks marinated in saffron and yogurt.
I wrap these in Indian bread and dip away in garlic and chili sauce. Yum.
Migu Tanoori - prawns marinated in delicate spices and yogurt with Tanoori sauce.
Tastes like a very mild sweet and sour dish. Blah.
Lamb Biryani - tender lamb shank stewed in spicy biryani sauce
Rich, gamey, fall-off-the-bone tender, it's my all-time favorite Arya dish to order.
