It was 10pm by the time I finished work.

Maybe it was already quite late that’s why a few of the sashimi were not anymore as fresh.
Maybe the sushi chef was too sleepy to care.
Oh wells.
After the raw seafood galore, all I needed was a hot bowl of fish head miso soup…
And a sweet, thoughtful, caring man who would pour me some of his dobin mushi
