After our sumptuous dinner at Champetre, we come to Sweet Bella for sweet endings.
Sweet Bella has one of the prettiest selections of cakes in town. Everything is delicately crafted and each piece is a beautiful work of art.
I come here craving for the Strawberry Charlotte, which I tried and fell deeply in love with at Dessert Comes First 6th Anniversary Party.
But the cake is not available (sniff!) so I choose the next best-looking fruity thing because there’s a non-chocolate lover in the house (boo!)
Mangotier
Baked cheesecake layered with mango mousse topped with fresh mango leaves.
The mangoes are suuu-weeet. Now if only they can replicate Diamond Hotel’s cheesecake…
And of course, it is essential that I have something chocolate.
Imagine if there were no non-chocolate lovers in the universe, I could have two chocolate desserts tonight, and the world can become a better place.
Midnight Hazel Crunch
Light crunchy crust with velvety dark chocolate mousse with a hint of chocolate mousse.
Like ferrero in mousse form. Love it!
I guess I am ogling too much and too long at the macaron spread because
the kind staff behind the counter offers me a piece for free. Yey!
Salted Caramel Macaron – can’t seem to taste the “salted” part
I wash everything down with this delicious mug of Café Mocha
At half past midnight we get a little hungry and order up a Quattro Formaggi.
The pizza’s alright. More blue cheese would have been very nice.
