The Radisson Blu Royal is probably my favorite of all the hotels we’ve stayed in during this Scandinavian trip. And we’ve stayed in A LOT. Like 7 hotels for 10 days of travel. Whew!
The lobby could be bigger, but everything else is well thought of
Like this coffee bar in the lobby. It has sandwiches, wraps, juices, milk, soda, coffee, tea. Everything you need, even wine.
And this red rose of a chair is just too pretty
Our room is big and clean and the Magic Dream beds are so comfy to sleep on
The bathroom door is all mirror. At last, something that can fit all of me!
Closet, safe, iron, ironing board, slippers, laundry bags, extra pillow
Witty warning sign on the fridge
What I love most is this rocking chair by Yrjö Kukkapuro
The bathroom is spacious and marbled
And guess what surprises me at 6:30 the next morning?
Wake up call by the TV. SNOOZE! SNOOZE! SNOOZE!!!
Breakfast is at Restaurant Grill It!
Breads Fruits, yogurts, salads, hams, cheeses
We leave our mark on the hotel guestbook. Illustration by my super talented cousin Felisse.
