Crostini with Shrimp Thermidor – I can eat a whole bowl of the shrimp thermidor

 

Spinach and Feta Samosa – blah

 

Broccoli and Cheese Soup – not bad

 

Insalata Caprese with Orange, Candied Walnuts, Feta and Strawberry Vinaigrette –
love the presentation and the candied walnuts

 

Lengua in Mushroom Sauce – super tender, super tasty, my favorite dish of the night

 

Grilled Snapper with Mango Salsa and Coconut Cream – fish is disastrously overcooked but sauce is Thai-nice

 

Pork Roast with Caramelized Apples and Mashed Sweet Potatoes – pork is really tough, sweet potatoes are sweet (duh?)

 

Eggplant Parmigiana with Angel Hair Aglio Olio

 

Carrot Rice is good rice

 

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Sauce – they look and taste so wrong, I cry!

 

Apple Crumble a la Mode – better than the chocolate

 

We also have 2 lechons from Monchie’s

 

Take home goodies from the Pascuals 
(still trying to be in tune with the blue-white-brown theme)

 

Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookies from Mrs. Ongkingko-to-be

 

From the Masigans, low fat milk to go with the chocolates and cookies (chookies?)
I super love the Magnolia bottles.

 

And from us, personalized Muji bags (designed by moi) with Old Fashioned Rolled Oats inside to counter all the delicious and unhealthy eating

Oreo’s wife (who also happens to be my cousin Frances) prepares these party favors for the guests. Oreo cookies and milk, my midnight snack the very same night.
