I know I shouldn’t do Mexican when in Boracay.
I really don’t need the chips, the tortillas, the beans and the rice.
I mean what if I get on the Flyfish and it won’t fly, or the parasail and it won’t sail, or if I get on one end of the paraw and it topples over? Sheeeetttt, I am SO GONNA DIE!!!
So I save Manana for our last meal in Boracay, you know, the very last stop before we head to the airport, when I’m dressed in clothes that don’t bare my belly (and back fats and flabby arms and thunder thighs) and I can finally breathe properly after 3 painful days of sucking my guts in.
Tortilla chips and dips – yum, yum, yum!
Coconut shrimps – crunchy and succulent
Chicken and Beef Burrito – hits the spot
I say Manana is my favorite restaurant in Boracay.
Boracay, Boracay, I’ll be back!
