My cousin Florence is doing her OJT in Edsa Shangri-La and this is probably why after a month we’re back at Heat to celebrate her birthday. (Come on, Shangri-La, no birthday discount for OJT-ers???)

Smoked salmon, spicy tuna mango, maki, salmon sashimi, prawn, raisin bread
I am just looking and the kind server puts one on my plate. So hard to eat, so little meat.
I don’t like.
Peking duck rolls (skin too thick), chicken feet (needs more flavor), roast beef (super hard), grilled scallops (did they forget to season?)
Salad greens and I dump everything in – smoked duck, parma ham, bleu cheese, figs, hummus, baba ganoush, garlic confit, mozzarella balls, olives, mushroom confit, walnuts, pistachios, almond slices, bacon bits, parmesan cheese. Mix and eat. Yum!
