Circles at Makati Shangri-La, Revisited ♥ ♥ ♥

 

 

It’s been a while since my last pig-out session at Circles.

I know what you’re thinking. Buffet, AGAIN?!?!?!

But when I get an invite to eat out with the boys, I know I can’t miss it. I say yes right away.

You see, I love love my girlfriends, but there is just one thing I can’t do when with them.

And that one very enjoyable thing is TO EAT LIKE A MAN.

 

Tonight is Filipino Fiesta Night

Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, and carving stations are all still available.

Prime rib, grilled vegetables, mushroom and red wine sauces

 

Maria Claras and Mario Claros?

 

Native singing and dancing (too busy eating during the Tinikling)

Suahe, California maki, salmon sashimi, California temaki, spicy tuna, wasabi mussel

 

Smoked salmon, salad greens with mushrooms, pink peppercorns, assorted brie and figs

 

Prime rib

 

Pritson, frog legs, laing, calamares, chicaron bulaklak, grilled lamb chop, biryani,
ground lamb curry with peas, lechon

 

Watermelon in sago cream, turon, tres leches, raspberry cheeseburger,
some chocolate cake, some cheesecake

 

Whole wheat mango crepe, bread pudding with vanilla sauce, flourless chocolate cake

 

Ube, chocolate and vanilla peanut butter ice cream
