Pan Fried Eggs and Oysters with Bean Sprouts. In short, Oyster Cake –
oyster are plump and juicy
Fried Crab with Vermicelli – dry and tasteless
Fried Pork Knuckles or Crispy Pata – okay, I know this is not seafood, but this one’s got no formalin, too! Skin is thick and crunchy, but so is the meat. Bistro Remedios is still the best.
Stir-Fried Morning Glory – the chili gives this dish quite a nice kick
Then we get on the plane and fly back to our hotel in style. Ha!
