Can I tell you a secret?
I don’t really like beef. Ssshhhhh!!!!!
Most of the time I am forced, threatened, and even blackmailed into eating it. Believe me, it’s painful.
And tonight, I am held at gunpoint.
Seriously.
That ok-quality JO HARUMI which gives your jaw just a little work, but you really don’t mind because it’s tasty… I abhor that beef.
That tender, flavorful, chew-a-little-and-it-melts-in-your-mouth premium JO KARUBI slices that make you close your eyes and squeeze your toes in pure delight… Nah, they do absolutely nothing for me.
And that rich, buttery, soft-as-babies KOBE which is the ultimate splurge at P31xx for the few pieces on this place, they create these magical sensations in my mouth and trust me,
it is pure torture!
So all I have tonight is mounds and mounds and mounds of this finely shredded cabbage bathed in the most addicting Japanese vinaigrette.
REALLY.
And that is why after the meal, I feel like this cute little thing here…
And that’s the whole herd – Auntie Judy, Jill, Me, Ken, Danny and Monica
Moo.
