Served hot, thin and crisp, with lingering aroma of anchovies, mushrooms, caramelized onions, gruyere and parmesan. I marvel at the simplicity of the ingredients, how they all come together to create this wonderful piece of heaven served to me on a plate.
Really, you must try it.
Arugula salad, watermelon, candied walnuts, feta cheese, raspberry vinaigrette.

We ask for bread to mop up the garlicky goodness. Not a drop goes to waste.
Grilled pork chops, homemade applesauce, potato-corn gratin.
The chops are a challenge to chew and the flavors do not penetrate into the meat.
I am mighty disappointed.
Spaghetti tricolor, roasted garlic shrimps, arugula.
The pasta is perfectly al dente, the shrimps big and succulent, but the whole dish is gravely lacking in flavor. Rather forgettable.
