I don’t even care if it can be considered real pizza or not, I just need to make the important announcement to the world: I found the bestest pizza in all of Manila!
Served hot, thin and crisp, with lingering aroma of anchovies, mushrooms, caramelized onions, gruyere and parmesan. I marvel at the simplicity of the ingredients, how they all come together to create this wonderful piece of heaven served to me on a plate.
Really, you must try it.
