Pomelo soft shell crab salad – refreshing and bursting with flavor, always a
great way to start a meal
Grilled gray mullet with salt – the spicy sauce complements very well the light
and delicate taste of the fish
Fried tiger prawn with palace curry – not really a fan of the palace curry sauce
Panang curry beef – now this is the reason why I keep coming back to this Tin Hau restaurant. The beef is fall-off-the-bone tender and all that, but it is the sauce, that rich, creamy, fragrant, coconuty sauce, that makes me lose control and slip happily into a curry coma. I pour it all over my rice, my pad thai, and sometimes, I drink it like soup.
Pad thai – tastes as vibrant as it looks. Comes with mussels, too!
Fried Thailand baby kale with belacham – crunchy and very tasty, vegetable at its best
Roti with beef? – we didn’t order this but somehow it ended up on our table.
Of course we ate it! And it’s not bad either. Will order this next time.
