They say the food you eat greatly affects your mood. Oatmeal cookies and warm milk make you calm and sleepy, coke and coffee keep you up and about, oysters do crazy things to your sexual appetite, and a poison apple makes you oblivious to all.
This week I am starting to feel better already. I think it’s because of this new diet I’m on.
