Although I love trying out new restaurants and I love, love going back to my favorites, sometimes nothing beats simple, everything-in-one-bowl home-cooked meals. Meals prepared lovingly by the person who brought this hungry 8.5-pound baby into the world, the very person I blame for my being horizontally challenged all my life, the person who loves me the most – my mom.
I should be punished for starting this jin loves to eat at home series when my backlog has already reached the 3xx mark this week, but hey, this is MY blog and I can do whatever I want. And I want to share with you these delicious one-bowl meals I enjoy at home when I’m not out there packing up hundreds of kilos to this once 8.5-pound body.
